87. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2004- 66 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, REJECTING ALL BIDS SUBMITTED FOR THE WESTOVER <br />IMPROVEMENTS-PHASE 1 PROJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br /> 1. On February 25, 2004 the City opened bids for the Westover Improvements <br />-Phase 1 Project (IFB 24-024). <br /> <br />prices. <br /> <br />Errors were discovered in the bid quantities which resulted in inflated bid <br /> <br />3. The City Council wishes to reject all of the bids for this Project. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br /> PART 1. The bids received in response to an invitation for bids for the Westover <br />Improvements-Phase 1 Project are rejected. <br /> <br /> PART 2.
