This contract covers and includes all of the said land and all of the said improve- ments. II. The term of this contract is the calendar year 1980, commencing January 1, 1980 and terminating December 3l, 198Q. III. AQUARENA hereby agrees to assume responsibility for the operation and maintenance of said Aquarena Springs Golf Course as a municipal golf course to be open to the public daily during the terms of this contract at the following rates: 1. Green fees - Monday-Friday $2.50 Saturday and Sunday $3.00 2. Annual Membership - $100.00 IV. In consideration of AQUA RENA's operation of the Aquarena Springs Golf Course as a municipal golf course during the term of this contract, City hereby agrees to pay to AQUARENA an amount equivalent to one-half of the total annual ad valorem taxes on the above described property or $2,556.46 computed as follows: CITY OF SAN MARCOS ....................... $1,698.88 STATE AND COUNTy......................... $ 885.48 SCHOOL ................................... $ 2 , 528 . 56 $5.112.92 CITY here now pays to AQUARENA the consideration in the amount of $2,556.46 for the year 1980, the term of this contract, and AQUARENA hereby aCknowledges the receipt and sufficiency of the payment of all of said consideration.
