ORDrnANCE NO. 52 126 I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MAOCOS, TEXAS AMENDING SECl'ION 15.2 ENTITLID "TEMPORARY USE OF LAND BY M:lBILE HJMES" OF APPENDIX A, ENTITLED "GENERl\L ZON- ING ORDINANCE" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY BY ADDIN:3 A REQUIREMEl'II' THAT A M:lBILE HOME PL1\CED PURSUANr 'ro THAT SECl'ION BE INDIVIDUALLY MErERED FOR WATER SERVICE; RENUMBER:IN:; SAID SECI'ION TO ProVIDE FOR SAID ADDITION AND DECLI\RING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MAOCOS, TEXAS: SECI'ION 1. That the Code of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby amended by adding a subsection, to be numbered 15.2 (2), which said subsection reads as follows: Section l5.2 (2). Compliance with section 30-1 of the Code of Ordinances , City of San Marcos, Texas. For purposes of section 30-1, a mobile heme placed on land within the corporate limits of said City pursuant to this section shall be deemad a single family dwelling unit. SECI'ION 2. That section 15.2 of the Code of Ordinances of said City be, and is hereby, renumbered to provide for the addition of a new subsection 15.2(2) I SECI'ION 3. That the importance of this ordinance creates an emergency and an imperative purpose necessary that the provisions of the charter re- quiring that ordinances shall be read on three separate rreetings and that no ordinance shall become effective until the expiration of ten (lO) days follow- ing the date of its final passage be suspended, and these provisions are here- by susperiied, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the City.
