<br />ORDINANCE NO. 56 <br /> <br />140 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION <br />3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND <br />RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, <br />STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. <br />32) BY ZONING LOTS 16-19 OF BLOCK C, LOTS <br />16-36 OF BLOCK E, AND LOTS 10-18 OF BLOCK F <br />OF THE HUGHSON HEIGHTS ADDITION #2 TO BE <br />ZONED R-l (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL); LOTS <br />14 & 15 OF BLOCK C, LOTS 19-21 OF BLOCK F <br />AND LOTS 1-14 OF BLOCK L OF THE HUGHSON <br />HEIGHTS ADDITION #2 TO BE ZONED R-2 (DUPLEX); <br />AND LOTS 26-39 OF BLOCK D AND ALL OF BLOCK M <br />OF THE HUGHSON HEIGHTS ADDITION #2 TO BE ZONED <br />D (MULTI-FAMILY); ALL OF THE ABOVE PROPERTY <br />FURTHER DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS IN THE <br />ATTACHED EXHIBIT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the following described piece of real property <br />located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which was temporarily <br />classified Single-Family dwelling upon its annexation to the City of <br />San Marcos on October 8, 1979, henceforth shall be zoned as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 16-19 of Block C, Lots 16-36 of Block E, and Lots <br />10-18 of Block F of the Hughson Heights Addition #2 to be <br />zoned R-l (Single Family Residential); Lots 14 & 15 <br />of Block C, Lots 19-21 of Block F and Lots 1-14 of Block <br />L of the Hughson Heights Addition #2 to be zoned R-2 <br />(Duplex); and Lots 26-39 of Block D and all of Block M <br />of the Hughson Heights Addition #2 to be zoned D <br />(Multi-Family); all of the above property further described <br />by metes and bounds in the attached exhibit. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
