COCK HOME COUNTY OF HAYS SERVICE CONTRACT WHEREAS, on the 29th day of February, 1977, the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, a municipal corporation existing by and under the laws of the State of Texas, entered into a contract with the Heritage I Guild of the Heritage Association of San Marcos, Inc., for the pur- poses of condu'Cting the operation and activities of the Charles S. Cock Home as a house museum open to the public; and whereas the original provisions of said contract, in Paragraph IX thereof, provided for the semi-annual review of said contract; and whereas the parties to said contract are in agreement that the review provided for a Paragraph IX is only necessary on an annual basis, but that in all other respects said contract should be continued. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the continued performance of the terms of the said contract by the parties thereto, Paragraph IX of the original con~ract between the City of San Marcos and the Heritage Guild is hereby modified to read as follows: I IX. The "City" and the "Guild" agree to review this agreement annually, said review to include a financial accounting and a determination of the feasibility of continuing said agreement under its existing terms and conditions.
