Smith and wife to the <br /> <br /> <br />grantor, Walter Brown, by deed dated November 19, 1904, recorded in <br /> <br /> <br />Vol. 47 on pages 255-7 of the Hays County Deed Records in which deed <br /> <br /> <br />said property is described as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />"Being part of the portion of Farm Lot No. Five (5) which W. G. <br /> <br /> <br />Barber purchased from F. D. Glover and wife and W. R. and D. McKie, <br /> <br /> <br />and the portion hereby conveyed is bounded as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />Beginning at the N. W. corner of a lot sold by Will G. Barber <br /> <br /> <br />to Gallilee Cephas by deed dated November 24, 1900; Thence S. aO E. <br /> <br /> <br />about a3~ feet with west line of said Cephas lot to Southwest corner <br /> <br /> <br />thereof and Northeast corner of lot sold to Edmond Newman and wif'2; <br /> <br /> <br />Thence Westerly with North line of said Newman lot 79 feet to its <br /> <br /> <br />N. W. corner; Thence N. ao W. about a3~ feet to the South line of <br /> <br /> <br />Comal street at a point S. SO E. from S.
