Customers with demands exceeding 500 kilowatts in any month shall be billed in accordance with the Basic Large Lighting and Po'ver Rate, Schedule IV-7a, O-Ll\RACTER OF SERVICE Alternating current, single or three phase, sixty cycles. Voltage supplied will be at the discretion of distributor and "ill be detennineq by the voltage available from distribution lines in the vicinity and/or other conditions. DETERMINATION OF DfMAND Demand measurement shall be made by suitable instnunents at the point of delivery. Demand for any month shall be defined as the highest average load during any thirty (30) minute period during the month for which detennination is made but in no case less than 10 KW.
