<br />174k <br /> <br />Provided,however, that with regard to the above amount, Department <br />liability shall not exceed One TI10usand Five l'rundred and Thirty Dollars <br />($1,530.00) during the contract period preceding September 1, 1978, and shall <br />not exceed Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty-Five Dollars ($4,845.00) <br />during the contract period between August 31, 1978, and <br /> <br />B. Method of Payment <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Cnntractor ~hall subndt, no more than one timc during any <br />calendar month during the period of the contract, a hilling fOT ex- <br />penditures for which reimbursement is sought. Within a reasonable <br />time after receipt of Contractor's billing, Department shall pay to <br />Contractor an amount equal to the Department liahilities accrued as <br />specified in Subsection A of this Section but unpaid hereunder. <br /> <br />C. Limit of Liability <br /> <br />Notwithstanding any other provision of this contract, the <br />total of all payments, liabilities and obligations made or incurred <br />by Department hereunder shall not exceed the sum of Twenty One <br />Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($21,275.00). <br /> <br />1).
