<br />174d <br /> <br />advisable to insure the proper implementation of <br />the intent of the contract documents, he will have <br />authority to require special inspection or testing <br />of any work in accordance with the provisions of <br />the contract documents whether or not such work <br />be then fabricated, installed or completed. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />h. The architect provided by Contractor shall review <br />and approve shop drawings, samples, and other sub- <br />missions of the building contractor only for con- <br />formance with the design concept of the project <br />and for compliance with the information given in <br />the contract documents. <br /> <br />i. The architect provided by Contractor shall prepare <br />change orders. <br /> <br />j. The architect provided by Contractor shall conduct <br />inspections to determine the dates of substantial <br />completion and final completion, shall receive and <br />review written guarantees and related documents <br />assembled hy the building contractor, and shall <br />issue a final certificate for payment. <br /> <br />k. The architect provided by C6ntractor shall not be <br />responsible for the acts or omissions of the build- <br />ing contractor, or any subcontractors, or any of <br />the building contractor's or subcontractors' agents <br />or employees, or any other persons performing any <br />of the work. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1. If more extensive representation at the site than <br />is described under Subparagraphs a. through 1. <br />inclusive is required, and if the Contractor and <br />architect agree, the architect shall provide one <br />or more full-time project representatives to assist <br />the architect. <br /> <br />m. Such full-time project reJlresentatives shall be <br />selected, employed, and directed by the architect, <br />and the architect shall be compensated therefor as <br />mutually agreed between the Contractor and the <br />architect, as set forth in an exhibit appended in <br />this agreement. <br /> <br />n.
