174d advisable to insure the proper implementation of the intent of the contract documents, he will have authority to require special inspection or testing of any work in accordance with the provisions of the contract documents whether or not such work be then fabricated, installed or completed. The architect provided by Contractor shall review and approve shop drawings, samples, and other sub- missions of the building contractor only for con- formance with the design concept of the project and for compliance with the information given in the contract documents. i. The architect provided by Contractor shall prepare change orders. j. The architect provided by Contractor shall conduct inspections to determine the dates of substantial completion and final completion, shall receive and review written guarantees and related documents assembled hy the building contractor, and shall issue a final certificate for payment. k. The architect provided by C6ntractor shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of the build- ing contractor, or any subcontractors, or any of the building contractor's or subcontractors' agents or employees, or any other persons performing any of the work. If more extensive representation at the site than is described under Subparagraphs a. through 1. inclusive is required, and if the Contractor and architect agree, the architect shall provide one or more full-time project representatives to assist the architect. m. Such full-time project reJlresentatives shall be selected, employed, and directed by the architect, and the architect shall be compensated therefor as mutually agreed between the Contractor and the architect, as set forth in an exhibit appended in this agreement. n.
