I I I of Article 2351a-l of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, and that' it is specifically provided that the acts of any person or persons while fighting fires, traveling to or from fires or reported fires, or in any manner furnishing fire protection services to the citizens or property of citizens of Hays County located outside the corporate limits of the City of San Marcos shall be considered as the acts of agents of Hays County in all respects, not withstanding such person or persons may be regular employees or firemen of the City of San Marcos, and the City shall not be held liable for the acts of any of its employees or others while engaged in proceeding (in any portion of the route) to reported fires or in fighting fires in Hays County outside the corporate limits of San Marcos. C. The County shall reimburse City for any damages or injuries to City equipment and employees suffered while responding to or returning from calls for assistance in Hays County outside the City limits, unless such damage or injury: is attributed to the negligence of City employees involved. D. The City at the end of each calendar month shall furnish the County with a list of all calls answered during that month by fire fighting equipment and personnel of the City to points in Hays County outside the corporate limits of the City of San Marcos. E. County agrees to pay to the City the sum of $7,200.00 (Seven Thousand, Two Hundred Dollars) ,as contribution toward the costs of services provided by City under this contract during the period October 1, 1978 through September 30, 1979, with $1,800.00 (One Thousand, Eight Hundred Dollars) to be made to City no later than October 10, 1978 and the balance of $5,400.00 (Five Thousand, Four Hundred DOllars) to be made to City no later than January 10, 1979. F. City and County shall maintain records on services provided under this contract and said data shall be
