C. The Applicant must demonstrate, through engineering information submitted to and <br />approved by the Director of the Water and Wastewater Department, that adequate water <br />supply and water and wastewater line capacity is available in connection with each <br />subdivision plat proposed for the Property. It is anticipated that significant City utility <br />improvement projects will need to be completed before this capacity will become available. <br /> <br />D. The Applicant must fully comply with the City's subdivision platting regulations. <br /> <br /> PART 2. The Applicant's petition for annexation of the Property is approved, and the City <br />staff is directed to proceed to prepare a proposed service plan for the annexation of the Property. <br /> <br /> PART 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
