FRITSCHE COUNTY CLERK <br />THE FOLLOWING PROCEEDINGS WERE HAD, THAT IS: <br />25566 AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY JUDGE TO ENTER INTO JOINT ELECTION <br />AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS HOLDING SPECIAL <br />ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 4, 2008, WITH HAYS COUNTY [T1-1038] <br />Elections Administrator Joyce Cowan advised that the political subdivisions holding elections are the City of San <br />Marcos, Wimberley ISD, Hays County MUD#6, and City of Austin. A motion was made by Commissioner <br />Conley, seconded by Commissioner Ford to authorize the County Judge to enter into joint election <br />agreements between the political subdivisions holding special election on November 4, 2008 with Hays <br />County.
