MOORE AND EDNA MOORE TO J. <br />GARLAND WARREN BY DEED DATED NOVEMBER 14, 1967 RECORDED IN <br />VOLUME 220, PAGE 590 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, BEING A <br />PORTION OF CENTER POINT ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY (0.11 ACRES) AND <br />BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS <br />FOLLOWS, TO WIT: <br />BEGINNING at an iron stake with aluminum cap marked "PRO-TECH ENG <br />2219" set in the southwest line of Center Point Road, being the southwest line of <br />that tract called 1.3808 acres, known as Tract Two, Parcel 11, conveyed by <br />J. Garland Warren to County of Hays by deed dated November 28, 1995 <br />recorded in Volume 1190, Page 734 of the Official Public Records of Hays <br />County, Texas, from which an iron stake with aluminum cap marked "PRO-TECH <br />ENG 2219" set for a POINT OF CURVATURE in the southwest line of Center <br />Point Road and the County of Hays 1.3808 Acre Tract bears, N43"57'11"E, <br />1498.77 feet; <br />THENCE, leaving the said Warren and crossing Center Point Road, <br />N46°09'59"E, 82 feet to the northeast line of Center Point Road for the north <br />corner of the tract herein described; <br />THENCE, with the northeast line of the said Center Point Road S43°54'22"E. <br />60.00 feet to a northeasterly corner of the tract herein described; <br />THENCE, crossing Center Point Road S 46° 09' 59" W, 82 feet to an iron stake <br />found, <br />THENCE, leaving Center Point Road, S46°09'59"W, at 3.47 feet passing an iron <br />stake found for the north corner of Lot 1. J. Garland Warren Subdivision, a <br />subdivision recorded in Book 5, Page 386 of the Hays County Plat Records, at <br />320.5 crossing the approximate northeast line of the L.S.
