qualification for holding the office sought under the laws of Texas and the provisions of this <br />• Charter. <br />AMENDMENT NO. 14 <br />SHALL SECTIONS 8.09, 8.10, AND 8.13 OF THE CITY CHARTER, REGARDING <br />ADOPTION OF THE BUDGET AND TAX RATE, BE AMENDED TO READ AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION. 8.09.
