<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />92 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1978-73-R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A <br />LEASE OF A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY AT <br />SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT TO <br />INTERNATIONAL SECURITY GROUP, INC. AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID <br />CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br />ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, has <br />previously approved a lease agreement between the City and <br />International Security Group, Inc., a San Antonio corporation, <br />on March 13, 1978 for lease of a portion of the San Marcos <br />Municipal Airport for vehicle driver training involving security <br />service technics such as defensive and evasive driving; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said lease has now expired and the City Council, upon <br />the recommendation of the San Marcos Airport Commission, desires <br />to continue to lease said premises for minimum period of six <br />months; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the lease contract which is attached hereto and <br />for all intents and purposes incorporated herein, be, and is, <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That Mayor Robert L. Cavazos, or his successor, be, <br />and is, hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf <br />of the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />PART 3.
