<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />-7- <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />The place of business shall be designed, <br />constructed, and maintained at all times in <br />compliance with all Fire Code Standards and <br />Regulations in effect within the City of San <br />Marcos. Particular attention shall be given <br />to the location of exits and the establishment <br />of a maximum occupancy limit for each structure <br />based upon the national standard for drinking <br />establishments of one (1) person for each <br />fifteen (15) square feet of floor area. <br />The place of business and premises shall not <br />serve as a restriction on the safe movement of <br />traffic on adjacent public streets as determined <br />by engineering and statistical analyses and <br />shall provide for off-street parking as follows: <br />1. Hard surfaced off-street parking shall <br />be provided on the premises for which the <br />conditional use permit is ~pplicable according <br />to the standard of one (1) parking space <br />consisting of the dimension of nine (9') <br />feet by eighteen (18') feet, one hundred <br />and sixty-two (162) square feet, for each <br />one hundred (100) square feet of total <br />building floor area. <br />2. Off-street parking standards for design <br />and construction shall be the same as <br />codified in Section 16, General Zoning <br />Ordinance of San Marcos, paragraph 3, <br />subparagraphs A, B, C, E, F, G, H, I, <br />J, K, and L. <br />3. All off-street parking areas shall be <br />separated from the street right-of-way <br />by a barrier, curb, or tire stop approved <br />by the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />(6) <br />
