I I I 133 RESOLUTION NO. 1978-79-R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORI2ING THE CHARGE OF FEES FOR SUPPLEMENTS TO THE SAN MARCOS CODE OF ORDINANCES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Harcos, Texas, acknowledges the need to provide materials and records kept by the City for public distribution; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, recognizes that the cost of said material should be borne by those requesting the material; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore on December 9, 1974 set a fee for all supplements to the San Marcos Code of Ordinances and now finds that said fee of $5.00 per supplement no longer reflects an accurate charge for the cost of codifying and printing the supplements; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That pursuant to the considerations expressed above, the cost of each supplement to the San Marcos Code of Ordinances shall be borne by the party requesting said material and the charge affixed to said supplement shall be computed on the basis of the total cost of codifying and printing said supplement divided by the number of copies ordered by the City from said codification in printing company. PART 2. That this resolution shall have no effect on those other fees and charges set out in the resolution of December 9, 1974 and that the only change herein contemplated is the increase in the charge for amendments to the San Marcos Code of Ordinances from $5.00 per supplement to the actual cost of codifying and printing said supplement. PART 3.
