I I I 1'22 I ORDINANCE NO. 1977 - 34 AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, SITTING RATES FOR USE AND OCCUPANCY OF T-HANGARS AT SAID CITY'S MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING CERTAIN OTIJER RATES AND CHARGES IN CONNECTION WIlli OWNER- SHIP AND OPERATION OF SAID AIRPORT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, this City Council finds and determines that it is necessary and proper to set rates for use and occupancy of the T-hangars situated and to be situated at said City's rnuni- cipal airport and to ratify and confirm certain other rates and charges previously fixed in connection with ownership and operation of said airport; Now, Therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF. SAN ' 1 MARCOS: Section 1. That the fee to be charged each user and occupant of the T-hangars situated and to be situated at said City's municipa1 airport is hereby set at $60.00 per rronth, payable in advance. Section 2. That the following rates and charges made by said City in connection with operation of said airport, which rates and charges have been fixed and set by various actions of this City Council previous to this OrUinance, are hereby in all things ratified and confirmed: (a) Current lease of surplus airport land for agricul- tural purposes - - - $8,700.00 per annum; (b) Current airport operator rental - - - $800.00 per annum, plus $0.01 per gallon of gasoline sold; (c) Lease of airport building to Centex $521.00 per annum. Section 3. That the fact that the City is in process of issuance and sale of its City of San Marcos Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 1977, payable from net revenues
