ERWIN HAGEDORN FOR THE <br />. ,'... '....l4AINTEMi\NCE OF THE NON - DIRECTIONAL BEACON <br />AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICPP~L AIRPORT AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />SAID CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY. <br /> <br />." '. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the non-directional beacon at the San Marcos Municipal <br />Airport requires maintenance on both a routine and emergency basis; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Erwin Hagedorn has provided said required maintenance <br />for the City for a contractual period of six months; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the San Marcos Airport Commission has recommended that <br />Mr. Hagedorn be retained under cont ract for the period of one year <br />from October 1, 1977 to September 30, 1978 at a cost of fifty dollars <br />per month in order that the required maintenance can be continued; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, T'~XAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the contract attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein between the City of San Marcos and Mr. Erwin Hagedorn be, <br />and is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the City Manager, C.J. Webster, be, and is hereby, <br />authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Section 3.
