W, Breeding Addition as recorded 1n Book 0, rage 202, of the Plat Records of Hays County, Texas and being more part i- cularly described as being the most easterly 15 feet out of that certain tract or parcel of land in Block 4, Lot M of the B. W. Breeding Addition, Hays County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the northeast corner of the herein described tract of land, same being also the west right of way of Jackman Street and the south right of way of Center Street for the northeast corner and place of beginning hereof; THENCE with the east line of the herein described tract of land same being also in the west right of way of Jackman Street for a distance of 166.67 feet to a point, said point being the northeast corner of Lot N, Block 4, of the B. W~ Breeding Addition for the southeast corner hereof; THENCE with the south line of the herein described tract of land, same being also the north lin~ of the said tract'of land for,a distance of 15.00 feet to a point for the southwest corner hereof; THENCE with the west line ,of the herein described tract of laod for a distance of 166.67 feet to a point, said point being in the south right of way of Center Street for the northwest corner hereof.
