<br />155 , <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1977 - 43 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AMENDING THAT SECTION Of 01API'ER 29 Of THE CODE Of <br />ORDINANCES ENTITLED "TRAITIC" WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE <br />1975-14 DATED MARCH 24, 1975, LOCATED IN VOL. 44, PAGE 185 <br />Of THE MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL, BY CHANGING THE SECTION <br />NUMBER fOR DESIGNATED YIELD SIGNS fROM SECTION 29-118 TO <br />SEerION 29-121 AS NOW CODIfIED, AND BY ESTABLISHING ADDI- <br />TIONAL INTERSECTIONS fOR THE AUlliORIZED LOCATION Of YIELD <br />SIGNS. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, that ordinance number 1975-14, entitled "Traffic" and codified as <br />Chapter 29 of the Code of Ordinances, contained a proposed Section 29-118, <br />yield signs, which ult:iJnately became codified as Section 29-121; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is desired that a correction be made to reflect that section list:ing <br />yield sign location as Section 29-121, as now codified; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate additional intersections in the City of <br />San Marcos as yield intersections where official traffic control devices may <br />be officially placed; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />Part 1. That Chapter 29, entitled "Traffic", Article V entitled "Traffic <br />Control Devices", Section 29-118, entitled "Yield Signs", be hereby amended <br />to read as foUows: Section 29-121 - Yield Signs. <br /> <br />Part 2.
