<br />194h <br /> <br />ARTICLE 14 <br />OTHER CONDITIONS OR SERVICES <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />14,1 Services outlined in Paragraph 1.3.1 shall be provided as Basic Architects' <br />Services within the Basic Services fee and not as Additional Services <br /> <br />14.2 The Architects' compensation for Basic Services shall be based on the <br />construction "budget", not on the actual construction "cost". The budget <br />shall be the latest approved written Architects' construction cost estimate. <br />Written estimates shall be considered approved by the Owner unless written <br />notification to the contrary is received by the Architects within two weeks <br />of the Architects' estimate, The budget shall include all items included <br />in a "normal general contractor's construction bid".
