197c 4. For a valuation over One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) up to and including Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00), the fee shall be one hundred sixty-five dollars ($165.00) for the first one hundred thousand plus one dollar ($1.00) for each additional thousand or fraction thereof. 5. For a valuation over Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) up to and including One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00), the fee shall be five hundred sixty- five dollars ($565.00) for the first five hundred thousand plus forty cents ($0.40) for each additional thousand or fraction thereof. I 6. For a valuation over One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00), the fee shall be seven hundred sixty-five dollars ($765.00) for the first million plus fifteen cents ($0.15) for each additional thou- sand or fraction thereof. b. Moving of Buildings or Structures For the moving of any building or structure, the fee shall be Ten Dollars ($100.00). An extra charge may be made when an escort through the City is provided. c. Demolition of Building or Structure For the demolition of any building or structure, the fee shall be Four Dollars ($4.00). d. Reinspection fees shall be five dollars ($5.00) each. e. Inspections after hours and on weekends shall be paid at the overtime rate of the employee. A minimum of two hours shall be charged. All fees shall be paid in advance of the required inspection. Section 4. No building permit shall be issued for improvements on unplatted property. I Section 5. The invalidity of any section or prov~s~on of this ordi- nance or of said Code shall not invalididate other sections or pro- visions thereof. Section 6. This Ordinance shall be in effect from and after ten (10) days of its final passage by this Council. PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading November 21, 1977.
