EXHIBIT "B" <br />Infrastructure Improvements and Estimated Costs <br />¦ Recipient shall construct the following Infrastructure Improvements in accordance with <br />the estimates costs and other conditions set forth below: <br />Improvement Estimated Cost <br />8"-12" Water line $194,000.00 <br />2"-8" Wastewater line 46,000.00 <br />2" Force main 88,000.00 <br />Roadway Improvements 15,000.00 <br />Contingency 2,000.00 <br />¦ The actual amounts expended for each of the above items may vary from the estimates <br />provided that the loan funds from the City shall not be spent on anything other than the <br />above items. The City shall not be responsible for actual costs in excess of the maximum <br />loan amount of $345,000.00. <br />¦ The City shall participate in the oversizing of 1705 liner feet of the water line to 12 <br />inches and a portion of the wastewater line to eight inches, such portions to be dedicated <br />to the City. The City agrees to inspect the construction of the portions of the <br />Infrastructure Improvements to be dedicated to the City as construction progresses, and to <br />accept same only upon satisfactory completion as determined by the City. The City will <br />issue a certificate of acceptance of such dedicated improvements when all required <br />inspections are passed Recipient's contractor submits a one-year warranty against defects <br />in materials and workmanship together with any maintenance bond (100% of the costs of <br />the improvements) as required by the City Engineer. <br />13
