Specified anatomical areas means: <br />• <br />a. The human male genitals in a discernibly turgid state, even if comp_ letely and <br />opaquely covered: or <br />b. Less than completely and opaquely covered human genitals, pubic hair. buttocks. <br />or a female breast below a p oint immediately_ above the top of the areola, or anv <br />combination thereof. <br />Specified sexual activities means anv of the following: <br />a. The fondling or other erotic touching_ of another p erson's human _genitals. p ubic <br />region. buttocks, anus, or female breasts: or <br />b. Sex acts, normal or perverted. actual or simulated. includine_ intercourse, oral <br />copulation, masturbation, bestialitv or sodomy: or <br />c.
