(c) Durinfz the time a person is on duty as manager, the person appointed to manage., <br />• direct and control the adult oriented business shall at all times have the dutv to ensure that, <br />each emplovee in the adult oriented business has trainine on the requirements of this <br />chapter and is instructed to commit no act which would constitute a violation of this <br />chapter or which would provide Qrounds, or part of the grounds, for revocation of a, <br />permit under this chapter. A manaLyer commits an offense if he fails to see that such <br />training and instruction is provided. <br />(d) The person appointed to manasze. direct and control the adult oriented business <br />commits an offense if that person solicits, encourages, directs, aids, or attempts to aid an <br />emplovee to violate the provisions of this chapter. <br />Sec. 18.25149. Additional restrictions for escort agencies. <br />(a) It is unlawful for an escort agency to employ any person under the age of 18 years. <br />(b) It is unlawful for a person to act as an escort or agree to act as an escort for any <br />person under the age of 18 years. <br />• Sec. 18.252$ Additional restrictions for nude model studios. <br />(a) It is unlawful for a nude model studio to employ any person under the age of 18 years. <br />(b) It is unlawful for a person, under the age of 18 years, to appear in a state of nudity in <br />or on the premises of a nude model studio. It is a defense to prosecution under this <br />subsection if the person under 18 years is in a restroom not open to public view or view <br />of persons of the opposite sex. <br />(c) It is unlawful for a person to appear in a state of nudity or knowingly allow another to <br />appear in a state of nudity in an area of a nude model studio premises that can be viewed <br />from the public right -of -way. <br />(d) A nude model studio shall not place or permit a bed, sofa or mattress in any room on <br />the premises, except that a sofa may be placed in a reception room open to the public. <br />Sec. 18.253 -t. Additional restrictions for adult theaters and adult motion picture theaters. <br />(a) It is unlawful for a person to knowingly allow a person under the age of 18 years to <br />appear in a state of nudity in or on the premises of an adult theater or adult motion picture <br />theater. <br />C <br />17 <br />
