designated as an area in which patrons will not be permitted in the application <br />filed pursuant to subsection (a)(1) of this section. <br />(7) The premises shall be equipped with overhead lighting fixtures of sufficient <br />intensity to illuminate every place in which patrons are permitted access, at an <br />illumination of not less than one footcandle as measured at the floor level. <br />(8) The owner and operator and any agents and employees present in the premises <br />shall ensure that the illumination described in subsection (a)(7) of this section is <br />maintained at all times that any patron is present in the premises. <br />(9) No doors shall be allowed on viewin booths. <br />(b) A person having a duty as provided in subsection (a) of this section commits an <br />offense if the person knowingly fails to fulfill that duty. <br />Sec. 18.2596. Signs required. <br />Each adult sexttally oriented business shall have a sign clearly visible from the outside <br />identifying it as a adult sexuall oriented business and notifying people that persons under 18 <br />are prohibited from entering the building.
