If subsequent to revocation, the chief of <br />police finds that, for a violation of subsection (b)(1) or (8) of this section, the basis for the <br />revocation has been corrected or abated, the applicant may be granted a license if at least <br />90 days have elapsed since the date the revocation became effective. If the license was <br />revoked under subsection (b)(5) of this section, an applicant may not be granted another <br />license until the appropriate number of years required under section 18.288(a)(8)b. <br />Sec. 18.293. PERMITS <br />Sec. 18.320. Permit required. <br />• (a) It shall be unlawful for anv person who does not hold a permit to act as an entertainer or a <br />manager of or in an adult oriented business. <br />(b) It shall be the duty of the operator and owners of each adult oriented business to ensure that <br />no person acts as an entertainer or manatier of or in the enterprise unless that person holds a <br />permit. <br />Sec. 18.321. Issuance of permits. <br />(a) Any person who desires to obtain an oriLyinal or renewal permit shall make application to the <br />Chief of Police, or designee, in person at the offices of the San Marcos police department, <br />between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., Monday. Wednesday or Friday, city observed <br />holidays excepted. The application shall be made under oath upon a form prescribed by the Chief <br />of Police and shall include: <br />(1) The name, home street address and mailing address (if different) of the <br />applicant, <br />(2) Proof of the date of birth of the applicant and the identity of the applicant, <br />including at least one photoLyraphic identity card issued by a governmental agency; <br />0 (3) A list of any criminal charges pending, convictions, and time of service in iail or, <br />prison as related to any of the following offenses: <br />27 <br />
