184 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1976-5-R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT <br />WITH AQUARENA, INC., LEASING TO THE CITY CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE AQUARENA SPRINGS GOLF COURSE <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS TO EXECUTE THE SAME ON BEHALF OF THE CITY. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, is of the <br />opinion that the City should continue the lease arrangement with Aquarena, Inc., <br />for the leasing of Aquarena Springs Golf Course; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to authorize the Mayor to execute said lease <br />on behalf of the City for calendar year 1976; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. That the Lease Agreement attached hereto and incorporated herein be, <br />and is hereby, in all things approved and adopted for the purpose of providing <br />the terms and conditions of the City leasing certain property from Aquarena, Inc. <br />PART 2. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, Texas, Dr. Emmie Craddock, <br />be, and is hereby, authorized to execute said lease on behalf of the City of <br />San Marcos for the calendar year 1976. <br />PART 3.
