20-a EXHIBIT A FIELD NOTES OF URBAN RENEWAL PARCEL 5-1 All of that certain 1.11745 acre tract of land being part of Lot 1, all of Lots 2 and 3, and part of Lot 4 out of Block 5, Town of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas as recorded in Volume 46, Page 440 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: COMMENDING at a point being the intersection of the centerline of the proposed C.M. Allen Parkway, tormerly known as Union or Moon Street), 100 feet wide, and the centerline of Hopkins Street, (83.33 feet wide); THENCE South 800 35' 00" East, a distance of 112.00 feet along the said center- line of Hopkins Street to a point; I THENCE South 090 25' 00" East, a distance of 41. 625 feet to a point lying on the southerly right-of-way line of Hopkins Street and being the most northerly east corner of the herein described tract.
