I I t 56b , EXHIBIT A DESCRIPTION OF URBAN RENEWAL PARCEL NO. 15D-3 BEING all of Lot No. Fifty-four (54) of the Revision of Riverside Addition of the City of San Marcos, in Hays County, Texas, according to the map or plat'thereof recorded in Volume 117, Page 448, Hays County Deed Records. The land hereby conveyed faces and lies on the South side of Grove Street and fronts thereon for a distance of 62.5 feet and extends back in a southerly direction for a distance of 85.21 feet and is bounded on the East by Lot No. 53; on the South by Lot No. 46-B; and on the West by Lot 55 of said addition.
