If the company redeives any refunds or any increased <br />I costs that have been passed on under this provision, a refund shall be <br />made to consumers served by this rate schedule. <br /> <br />Minimum Monthly Bill: <br /> <br />$2.00 <br /> <br />PAYMENT <br /> <br />Bills shall be rendered on a monthly basis and are due and payable <br />within ten (10) days from the date of bill. <br /> <br />- <br />
