I 84 ORDINANCE NO. 1976 - 28 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND REGULATING SERVICES, RATES AND CHARGES WHICH MAY BE RENDERED AND COLLECTED FOR LOCAL TELEPHONE SERVICE IN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: SECTION 1. Autharity ta .offer the fallawing types .of equip- ment and services as set forth in the fallawing subsectians and autharity ta callect rates and charges as therein nated in accar- dance with the rules and regulatians therein specified is hereby appraved by the City Cauncil .of the City .of San Marcas, Texas: c. I d. e. f. g. h. i. a. Autamatic dialers with thirty-twa (32) number and faur hundred (400) number capacity in accardance with Sections B 2 (a) and (b), Part VI, Page 17 .of the attached Tariff. b. Optianal custam calling features in acc9Fdance with Sectians B 13, Part VI, Pages 19, 20 arid 21 .of the att:ached Tariff, with the agreement and express understanding that basic telephane service will be .offered and available ta custamers using the electranic central .office nated in Section B 13, Part VI, Page 19, at the base rates set farth in Sectians A, Band C, Part IV, Page 14 .of the attached Tariff until .otherwise amended by the Public Utility Cammissian .of Texas. Warning service and security alarm system in accordance with Section M, Part VI, Pages 51 thraugh 54 of the attached Tariff.
