102b , VI. City agrees to provide all water connections and water necessary for the performance of this contract by contractor and to provide for all road maintenance at said Cemetery. Contractor agrees that any water connections standing above ground that are destroyed or damaged by the acts of Contractor or his employees shall be replaced by Contractor at Contractor's expense. City also agrees to provide electrical connections and pay an amount equal to the minimum charge for electricity supplied to said Cemetery. I VII. Contractor agrees to provide City a Certificate of Insurance evidencing that Contractor is insured with general public liability insurance. Said policy of insurance shall provide for the following minimum coverage: $100,000.00 Personal injury per person $300,000.00 Personal injury per occurrence $100,000.00 Property damage VIII. Should the terms and conditions of this contract be violated by either party or the purpose of the making of this contract be lost by either party, this contract may be terminated by giving thirty (30) days writeen notice to the other party citing the reasons or violations necessitati~ termination. This contract shall cease and terminate on the lapse of thir~Y'(30) days: following receipt of such written notice. Any money due and payable by City to Contractor shall be paid prior to the lapse of such thirty (30) days and in the event that termination does not coincide with pay periods established herein, Contractor shall be entitled to a pro rata payment on a per diem basis.
