<br />l50-g <br /> <br />EXHIBIT D <br /> <br />ADDENDUM TO ORDINANCE NO. 1975 - <br /> <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR OFF-STREET PARKING <br />DRAINAGE FACILITIES <br /> <br />Off-street parking drainage facilities shall be constructed within the I <br />parking lot to intercept the flow of water from surrounding property and control <br />the flow of water from the surrounding structures and parking lots within the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />Off-street parking drainage facilities shall be built so as to accommodate <br />run-off water generated from surrounding properties within the drainage area and <br />from the subject property as a result of a twenty-five (25) year frequency rate of <br />rainfall. Said run-off water shall be computed in compliance with rainfall intensity <br />and hydraulic tables relevant to Hays County, Texas. Said tables shall be kept of <br />record in the office of the City Secretary and Director of Public Works for inspection <br />by the public during reasonable office hours. <br /> <br />Drainage generated from surrounding properties within the drainage area and from <br />the subject property shall be released into natural drainage channels or man-made <br />drainage facilities where said channels and facilities exist adjacent to said <br />property exclusive of street rights-of-way. Under no curcumstances shall said <br />drainage be released onto adjacent properties unless there exist drainage easements <br />sufficient to accommodate said drainage. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />
