Marshall; Stanley Hughson; Warren Leddick; Jerri Martin; <br />Melissa Millecam; Rowe Ray; Terry Roberts; Ofelia Vasquez; <br />Oscar Dorsey; and others. <br />The Mavor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Craddock read a Resolution which is attached and made a part of these <br />minutes. The caption is as follows: <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF SAID CITY TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR AN <br />ADVANCEMENT OF FUNDS UNDER THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT <br />OF 1974. <br />1 <br />Mr. Hansen moved approval of the Resolution. Mr. Cunningham seconded the motion. <br />Councilmen Breihan and Sutton stated their approval of the requested $30,000 for <br />planning expenses but requested further study of the $20,000 request to continue <br />Urban Renewal Activities.
