City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, will hold a public hearing in the Council <br />Chambers at City Hall, 630 E. Hopkins, at 8:00 <br />p.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 2010, to consider the <br />following: <br />• An amendment to the future land use map <br />from Very Low Density Residential (VLDR) to <br />Mixed Use (MU) for 10.65 acres, more or less, <br />tract of land located south of the Intersection <br />Craddock Avenue and Bishop Street. <br />• An.amendment tothe official zoning map of <br />the City for 12.88 acre, more or less, tract of <br />land located at 1314 Franklin Drive ; amend- <br />ing the official zoning map of the City by <br />rezoning this tract from Single Family (SF -6) <br />to Mixed Use (MU). <br />The City of San Marcos does not discriminate <br />on the basis of disability in the admission or <br />access to its services, programs, or activities. <br />Individuals who require auxiliary aids and serv- <br />ices for this meeting should contact the City of <br />San Marcos ADA Coordinator at 805 -2645 <br />(voice) or 393 -8229 (TDD), or call Relay Texas <br />at 7 -1 -1.
