<br />lO-a <br /> <br />8. A legal opinion by an attorney licensed to practice law in the State <br />of Texas, accurately describing and defining the rights and duties <br />of the owners, the legal status of common areas and facilities, <br />and provisions for taxation and maintenance of such areas shall <br />accompany each subdivision with townhouse lots. <br /> <br />9. Townhouse lots outside the corporate limits of the City of San Marcos, <br />but within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City for subdivison <br />control, must be accompanied by a site plan in connection with such <br />subdivision, showing location and dimensions of all buildings, <br />accessory uses, and other improvements. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
