<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />III. <br />Periodic and timely progress reports on program implementation <br />will be provided by the Hays, Caldwell and Blanco Community Action <br />Agency at the request of San Marcos City Manager or any member of <br />the City Council of San Marcos. <br /> <br />IV. <br />The duration of this contract will be for one (10) calendar <br />year from the date when both parties to this agreement have signed <br />said contract, and the actual transfer of funds from the City of <br />San Marcos in the amount of SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($16,000), to <br />the Hays, Caldwell and Blanco Community Action Agency has been <br />completed. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />The Hays, Caldwell and Blanco Community Action Agency will <br />operate the program described in the appendix in compliance with <br />all current Civil Rights legislation. <br /> <br />VI. <br />In the event of either party to this contract violating the <br />agreements as stated herein, said contract will become null and <br />void. Burden of proof for contract violation will be assumed by <br />the party claiming said violation. <br /> <br />~~ <br />
