<br />15 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1975-18 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS REPEALING THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE <br />ADOPTED ON APRIL 1lI, 1975 WHICH AUTHO- <br />RIZED DISBURSEMENT OF CERTIFICATES OF <br />OBLIGATION AND' CASH FOR CIAIMS INCURRED <br />Dl THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW CITY HALL <br />AND ADOPI'ED ON EMERGENCY BASIS; AND <br />DEClARING AN :EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That that certain ordinance adouted on Auril14, 1975 which <br />authorized disbursement of Certificates of Obligation and cash for claims <br />incurred in the construction of the new City Hall and adopted on emergency <br />basis be, and is hereby, in all things repealed. <br /> <br />Section 2.
