<br />Grantor does hereby bind itself, its successors and assigns
<br />to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND, all and singular the said premises
<br />unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns against every
<br />person lawfully claiming or to claim the sarneor any part thereof.

<br />This .Deed is made in. pla.ce of and as a Deed of Correction of
<br />a Deed executed by Grantor herein to Grantee dated the 6th day
<br />of November, 1972, and recorded in Volume 256, Page 104, Deed
<br />Records of Hays County, Texas, wherein oy error or mistake:
<br />
<br />1.
<br />
<br />Parcel lA-2 was erroneously' described;
<br />
<br />2. All references in the original Deed to the Second Amended
<br />Cooperation Agreement by and between the City of San
<br />Mar,cos and the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of San
<br />Marcos should have been to the Fourth Amended Cooperation
<br />Agreement by and between the said parties and this cor-
<br />'rection has been made wherever the Cooperation Agreement
<br />is referred to in this Correction Deed;
<br />
<br />and this instrument is made by Grantor and accepted by Grantee in
<br />order to correct said mistakes, and in all other respects confirming
<br />said former Deed.
<br />
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the name of Grantor hereunto affixed by
<br />the Chairman of its Board of Commissioners and its sea!-is affixed
