<br />97 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1975 - 38 <br />BOND ORDINANCE <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />I On this the 25th day of August, 1975, the City Council of <br />the City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session at <br /> the regular meeting place thereof in the City Hall of said City, <br /> with the following members present, to wit: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />DR. EMMIE CRADDOCK, <br />TED BREIHAN <br />FRANK T. ARREDONDO <br />JOHN HANSEN <br />BILL DIBRELL <br />KENNETH SUTTON <br />LUCIANO H. FLORES <br />DORISS HAMBRICK, <br />and the following absent: None <br />a quorum, and proceedings were had as follows: <br />Councilman Hansen introduced the proposed ordinance <br />and same was read in full. Councilman _~n~______ moved that <br />the rule requiring ordinances to' be read at more than one meeting <br />of the City Council be suspended, and that this ordinance be <br />passed as an emergency measure as stated in the preamble of said <br />ordinance, and that said ordinance become effective immediately <br />from and after its passage. Motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Arredondo The motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Mayor Craddock and Councilmen Arredondo Breihan <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />, constituting <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Dibrell __, Flores Hansen Sutton <br />NOES: None. <br />Councilman Hansen moved that the ordinance be passed <br />finally. The motion was seconded by Councilman Arredondo <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Mayor Craddock and Councilmen Arredondo Breihan <br /> <br />Dibrell <br /> <br />Flores <br /> <br />Hansen <br /> <br />Sutton <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br />The Mayor announced that the ordinance had been passed finally. <br />The Ordinance is as follows: <br /> <br />~ <br />
