99 RESOLUTION NO. 1975 - 39-R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A VOTING PRECINCT MAP FOR THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES WITHIN EACH PRECINCT. I WHEREAS, the County Commissioners have re-districted Hays County, Texas, for voting purposes and said re-districting has changed precinct lines within the City; and, WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to approve the resulting voting precinct map for the City and designate polling places within each precinct; now, -,<therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CrTI' OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the attached map, entitled "Exhibit A" indicating precinct lines and boundaries for the City of San Marcos, Texas be, and is hereby, approved and adopted as the official Voting Precinct Map of the City of San Marcos, Texas. PART 2. That the polling place for each precinct, as hereinafter named, be, and is hereby, designated as the official polling place for the precincts enumerated; to-.Tit: Precinct No. Eleven - Dunbar Recreation Center Precinct ,No. Twelve - Guadalupe Hall Precinct No. Thirteen - San Marcos High School Precinct No. Twenty - St. John's Catholic Church Parish Hall I Precinct No. Thirty - Westover Baptist Church Precinct No. Thirty-three - Public Library Precinct No. Thirty-four - Holland Street Fire Station Precinct No. Thirty-six - American Lutheran Church Precinct No. Forty-four - Woods Homes Auditorium Precinct No. Forty-five - American Legion Hall Precinct No. Forty-six - Travis School PART 3.
