<br />131 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1975-47-R <br /> <br />A RESOLUrrON 0];' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING FREE PARKING IN <br />METERED PARKING STALLS IN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT ON OCTOBER 30 AND 31 AND ON EACH MONDAY <br />BEGINNING NOVEMBER 3, 1975 UNTIL DECEMBER 25, 1975. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the downtown merchants will be sponsoring sales on October 30, 31 <br /> <br />and each succeeding Monday until Christmas; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to encourage the citizens of San Marcos to <br /> <br />patronize these sales by removing metered parking on sale days; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />Part 1.
