This lease shQll <br />be subordinate to the provisions of any existing or future <br />agreeInent between Lessor and the Uni tea. states, relative to <br />the operation or maintenance of the airport, the execution <br />of which has been or may be required as a condition precedent <br />to the expenditure of Federal funds for the developmen.t of tehe <br />airport.. <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The initial term of this contract shall be for a full period of <br />five (5) years commencing on January 1, 1976, and ending on December 31, <br />1980, unless sooner terminated or further extended under the provision <br />of this contract. <br /> <br />VII. <br /> <br />To enable the FBO to perform and furnish the services and facili- <br />ties contemplated hereby, and in consideration of the payments to the <br />City hereinafter, provided for, the FEO shall have the use and custody <br />of, and is hereby delegated the control over Hangar Duildinq No. 5-357 <br />located at said San Marcos Municipal Airport, including gasoline storage <br />tanks located adj acent to the hangar, as well as fuel dispensinq equip'. <br />ment attached thereto. The FDa shall also have control over and use <br />thereof of all tie down spaces located directly in front of the said <br />hangar and fuel storaqe tanks. <br /> <br />VIII. <br /> <br />1. In addition to the above-described leased property, and rights <br />incident thereto, FBO uill provide for the sale of gasoline durinq the <br />teocm of this lease agreement. 'rhe FDa will establish and maintain air- <br />to-ground and ground-to-air comnrunications to accomodate arrivinq and <br />departinq aircraft. <br />2. 'rhe FBO operation shall be conducted seven (7) days a week <br />during dayliqht hours at a minimum and at FBO's option, during any por- <br />tion of the remaining tHenty-four (24) hours of tho day. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />IX. <br /> <br />Commencing January 1, 1976, and during the term of this contract, <br />the Operator shall be entitled to all of the proceeds n~ceived by it <br />;Crom the services and facilities performed and furnished hereunder, and <br />operator shall pay to the City of San Narcos the follmving ite'tls of con-- <br />sideration: <br /> <br />1. Durinqthe fin:;l hlO (2) years of -this contract:, the FBO shall <br />pay a sum of $10.00 per year, payments to be made in advance <br />and on each anniversary date of this lease. <br />
