Etheredge, Mayor" <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />All candidates shall file with said application the loyalty affidavit required <br />by Article 6.02 of the Election Code. <br /> <br />That the Secretary of this City shall, in accordance with the terms and <br />provisions of Article 13.32 of the Election Code post in her office the names <br />of all candidates who have filed their applications in accordance with the <br />terms and provisions of this Order, and said names shall be posted at a <br />conspicuous place in said office for at least 10 days before said Secretary <br />shall order the same to be printed on the ballot for said election. <br /> <br />This City having nine election precincts, said election shall be held at <br />the following places in said City: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1. In Elec t ion Precinct No. 6 at Guadalupe Hall; <br />2. In E1ec t ion Precinct No. 8 at American Legion Hall; <br />3. In Election Precinct No. 10 at Masonic Temple; <br />4. In Election Precinct No. 11 at Dunbar Community Center; <br />5. In Election Precinct No. 12 at El Buen Pastor Methodist Church; <br />6. In EJ:ec tion Precinct No. 13 at Public Library; <br />7. In Election Precinct No. 14 at St. John's Parish Hall; <br />8. In Election Precinct No. 15 at Holland St. Fire Station; <br />9. In Election Precinct No. 16 at Allen Woods Homes Auditorium. <br /> <br />The City Secretary is hereby authorized and instructed to provide and furnish <br />all necessary election supplies to conduct said election. <br /> <br />The order in which the names of the candidates are to be printed on the ballot <br />shall be determined by a dr~wing by the City Secretary as provided by <br />Article 6.05 c, Subd. 3. <br />
