9l-n Section 8. Responsibility of Mobile Home Dealers, Tow Services and Set Up Services. A. Any firm or persons who shall offer the services of setting up mobile homes or blocking and tieing down of mobile homes shall be bonded and licensed as requ1red by the San Marcos I:luilding Code. I B. A fee of Ten Dollars ($lO.uO) shall be charged for each mob1le home to De located or relocated within the city lim1ts of San Marcos. This fee shall De paid at C1ty Hall in the office of the Tax Assessor-Collector and the rece1pt presented to the park owner prior to locating the mobile home on the park stand. C. Furthermore, any person moving any mobile home from any mobile home park must secure an exit permit from City Hall in the offlce of tne Tax Assessor-Collector; and said permit must be presented to the mobile nome park agent before removing the mobile nome. D. Tie-downs ana blocking shall complY with State of Texas requirements. E. No mobile home shall be tied into parK gas system until an inspection nas been maae by the City of San Marcos. Sectlon 9. Separability Clause. Should any portion of th1s Ordinance be held for any reason invalid or unenforceable, the same shall not be construed to arfect any other valid portions hereof, but all valid portions hereof shall remain in full force and effect.
