<br />l09-b <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER FOUND by the City Council that a majority of the legally <br />qualified voters voting at said above mentioned election held on the <br />2nd day of April, 1974, voted FOR Prapasition Number One as set forth <br />in the Order calling said election, and said prapositian is hereby <br />declared to have passed; that a majarity of the legally qualified voters <br />voting in said e1ectian vated FOR Proposition Number Two as set farth in <br />the Order, and said propasition is hereby declared to have passed; that <br />a majority af the legally qualified voters voting in said e1ectian voted <br />FOR Proposition Number Three as set forth in the Order, and said praposition <br />is hereby declared ta have passed; that a majarity of the legally qualified <br />vaters voting in said e1ectian voted FOR Proposition Number Four as set <br />farth in the Order, and said propasition is hereby declared to have passed; <br />and that a majority of the legally qualified voters voting in said election <br />voted FOR Proposition Number Five as set farth in the Order, and said <br />praposition is hereby declared to have passed, <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER FOUND AND DETERMINED that in accordance with the Order of <br />this governing body the Secretary posted on the bulletin baard located in the <br />City Hall, a place canvenient to the public, and said notice having been <br />posted and remaining pasted continuously far at least three days preceding <br />the date of this meeting.
