114-a Said election shall be held at the following places in said Caunty and the following named persons are hereby appointed as Presiding Judges for said Election: In Election Precinct No.6, at Guadalupe Hall in said City, with Mrs. J. T. Avila as Pre siding Judge, and s aid Pres iding Judge shall appaint the necessary clerks to assist her which shall not exceed four (4) clerks. In Election Precinct No.8, at American Legion Hall, in said City, with Craig Bailes as Presiding Judge, and said I Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist him which shall not exceed four (4) clerks. In Election Precinct No. 10, at Masonic Temple, in said City, with Mrs. Jack Wood as Presiding Judge, and said Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist her which shall not exceed four (4) clerks. In Election Precinct Na. 11, at Dunbar Center, in said City, with Yancy Yarbraugh as Presiding Judge, and said Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist him which shall not exceed four (4) clerks. In Election Precinct No. 12, at El Buen Pastor Church, in said City, with Joe Gonzales as Presiding Judge, and said Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks ta assist him which shall not exceed four (4) clerks. In Election Precinct Na. 13, at Public Library, in said City, with Mrs. J .R. Tharnton as Pres id ing Judge, and s ai d Pres idi ng Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks ta assist her which shall nat exceed four (4) clerks, In Electian Precinct No. 14, at St. John's Parish Hall, in said I City, with MargieVilla1pando as Presiding Ju!ige, and said Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist her which shall not exceed faur (4) clerks. In Election Precinct No. 15, at Holland Street Fire Station, in said City, with Howard Yeargan as Presiding Judge, and said Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist him which shall not exceed four (4) clerks, In Electian Precinct No. 16, at Allen Woods Auditorium, in said Ci~y, with William Liddle as Presiding Judge, and said Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist him which shall not exceed four (4) clerks. Doriss Hambrick is hereby appointed Clerk for absentee voting and Jon W, Sparks is hereby appointed Deputy Clerk far absentee voting. The absentee voting shall be held at City Hall within said City and said place of absentee voting shall remain open for at least eight hours an each day far absentee voting which is not a Saturday, a Sunday, or an official State holiday, beginning on the 20th day and continuing thraugh the 4th day preceding the date of said election. Said place of voting shall remain open between the hours of 8:00 a,m. and 5:00 p.m. on each day for said absentee voting. The above described place for absentee voting is alsa the absentee clerk's mailing address to which ballat applicatians and ballots voted by I mail may be sent. That said election shall be held in accordance with the Election Code af this State and only resident qualified voters of said City shall be eligible to vote at said electian.
