ATTACHMENT B <br /> <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> <br />PROJECT NARRATIVE <br /> <br /> The City of San Narcos, Texas shall develop and conduct four (4) <br />management/superviso[y training workshops, and provide training for the <br />personnel manager; shall develop a city wide work simplification program <br />to include workshop sessions for 230 city employees; and shall develop <br />and implement a goal-based performance evaluation system. <br /> <br /> The City shall follow the Approach & Methodology and Timetable <br />outlined in the City's FY '81 IPA grant application as if rewritten in <br />full herein. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
